Gulf Coast Collection Bureau was established in  Sarasota Florida in 1978 and was founded by current President, Jack Brown. 

Since founding GCCB, Mr. Brown has been looked to for leadership by the collection industry itself.  Mr. Brown has been President of the Florida Collector's Association as well as contributing heavily to the national based ACA

While adding many employees and regional offices in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas and New Orleans, GCCB headquarters remain in Sarasota, Florida.
